What Causes Male Hair Loss?
By Colin Montana

In this article you'll find out what causes male hair loss, and a natural treatment plan to counter-act the problem.

Whilst we all know that dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the final hormone in the chain that leads to the destruction and neutralization of hair follicles, there is still much misunderstanding about this cause of balding in males.

Androgenetic alopecia is the main cause of loss of hair in men, and can start as early as in your late teens. There is much known about 5 alpha-reductase and genetic inheritence being a factor in male pattern baldness. But these elements are often overplayed, and the root cause of hair loss is slowly coming to public awareness...

If you haven't heard of estrogen dominance, then it may surprise you to learn that rather than too much testosterone, or bad genes, it's excess estrogen (the female hormone) that is the main cause of your hair loss. Certain estrogens, called xenoestrogens, readily convert into DHT, and actually cause an epidemic of dihydrotestosterone, resulting in many ageing processes, one of which, if you're genetic inclined, is hair loss.

The levels of xenoestrogens correlate to the levels of toxins your body is exposed to, in particular, foods that are non-organic and have been treated with fertilizers, and fumes from vehicles.

Unfortunately, levels of xenoestrogens have been rising in the last 50 years due to increasing mass non-organic food production and more vehicles on the road. Interestingly, and unsurprisingly the rate of male pattern baldness has increased in the last 50 years as well, with younger and younger sufferers...

The solution to this isn't difficult to solve, yet requires some lifestyle changes. And no, I'm not going to say go live out in the countryside and eat nothing but organic food. However, you should try to increase your intake of organic food.

To counter-act the toxins from pollution you need to increase the ability of your liver to neutralize them before they convert into xenoestrogens. At it's current ability, if you suffer from male pattern baldness, your liver isn't coping with the massive amounts of toxins its having to clean up on a daily basis.

To help the liver out, you need to take a liver cleansing product for a few months. There are many good ones on the market. By doing this you increase your livers ability to neutralize the toxins, and no new xenoestrogens will be produced, and DHT levels will die down to normal levels.

But there is one last step you need to take to stop your hair loss, and that's to remove the DHT that currently exists on your scalp. By cleansing your liver, and eating more organic food, you will have successfully stop NEW DHT from being produced, but, the existing DHT will continue to destroy and temporarily neutralize hair follicles.

To resolve this you need to use a DHT removing agent on your scalp. There are many expensive ones on the market, but you can also make your own at home for a fraction of the cost. Use it for a few weeks to make sure all DHT is removed.

The steps revealed in this article will give you the best chance possible in stopping your hair loss and regrowing new hair in the shortest time possible.
